The ears on almost everybody are slightly offset from the other. And some people are extremely offset. No, not in any way!
WedGees are made of soft neoprene rubber and fabric (like scuba suit material). Since they simply slip on your temple arms and rest on your ears and are not mechanically attached to your glasses they can do no harm. In fact they will probably protect your investment better then any optical accessory you can buy.

What is the difference between Riveted Wedgees and Sewn Wedgees?
The riveted Wedgees are offered so you have a larger variety of colors to choose.With the riveted model the color is the rivet and the neoprene material is black.The riveted models are held together by rivets that are idenical on both sides.
The sewn models are a solid color on both sides and work the same as the riveted Wedgees.The sewn models are held together by sewing and do not have rivets.The sewn models the neoprene material is the color with either matching or contrasting stitching.
You can buy one of the multi-packs and mix the rivetand sewn to compare which ones you like and you save a lot of money by gettingthe multi-packs. Just be sure to give directions in the comment area how you want the mix to be.
